At Point Community Church, connection is at the heart of who we are. Point Connect exists to initiate and deepen relationships through intentional engagement—on Sundays and throughout the week.
Whether it’s your first time visiting or you’ve been with us for years, Point Connect offers ways for everyone to feel seen, known, and valued.
Connect on Sundays
From the moment someone arrives to the moment they head home, we want every guest and member to feel welcomed and cared for. Join a Sunday serving team and help create a warm, inviting environment.
Opportunities to Serve:

Carpooling – Provide rides to and from Rutgers Prep.

Transportation (Golf Cart) – Assist those needing help getting to/from the parking lot.

Greeting Team – Welcome attendees and help everyone feel seen and known.

Welcome Table – Share information about Sunday Gatherings and answer guest questions.

Next Steps Table – Help newcomers discover ways to get involved (connect groups, events, serving teams).

Connect Table – Offer hospitality with food, drinks, and encouragement.
Connect Celebrations
We celebrate our community well—because people matter. Our goal is to honor individuals and groups who make PCC vibrant and mission-driven.
Ways to Celebrate:

Birthdays & Anniversaries – Celebrate with cakes, cards, or thoughtful gifts.

Point People Props – Recognize individuals or teams for their service to our church and community.

Potlucks – Host church-wide celebrations that bring everyone to the table.
Connect Socials
We were made for community. Connect Socials are events that help us build real relationships outside of Sunday mornings. These events are open to members, guests, friends, coworkers, and neighbors.
Social Groups Include:

Connect Men – Brotherhood through shared meals, activities, and spiritual growth.

Connect Women – Sisterhood that supports, encourages, and inspires.

Connect Young Adults – Space for 18–30s to connect, have fun, and grow in faith.
